Our focus is on value hospitality products (hotels, long-stay apartments, collaborative workspaces), mid-sized commercial centers ($3-7M) in high density areas and other branded real estate categories where we see a strong competitive advantage. In a short but dedicated span, Jannou has developed a strong pipeline of projects, along with a reputation for on-time delivery and execution across Zambia and Southern Africa. We continue to partner with pension funds, insurance groups, private equity and real estate trusts seeking above average, isk-adjusted returns and a partner with a record of successful execution.
